N° 01 — Hybrid-Ready Ladder · 2026

Solar that grows with your household.

Luzon hit Red Alert on May 13, 2026 with two-hour rotating brownouts, and residential rates rose three times this year. Five hybrid-ready packages — from a 2-person home to a 3-floor estate. Start with the system you need, add the battery when your bill, your brownout pattern, or your budget says it’s time.

Already on rooftop solar across the country. Crews and supplier inventory mature.

Five packages below — battery pre-wired so the upgrade is a half-day plug-and-play.

How net-metering works

Daytime exports, evening credits.

Daytime solar generates more than your home uses. The surplus exports to your utility at 1:1 kWh credit — those credits offset evening grid pull, including air-conditioning. Without net-metering filed, savings drop to about half.

Achiv supplies the PEE-signed plans; you file once with your distribution utility, and the credits run monthly.

The full hybrid ladder

Pick the one that fits your home.

Five hybrid-ready tiers, one ladder. Start where your bill sits today — every tier ships battery-pre-wired, so the upgrade is a half-day plug-and-play.

Chasing a zero bill

Want the bill to hit zero?

Even with no net-metering — no credit from the grid for daytime surplus — you can still drive the bill to near-zero. The trick is to use every kWh you make: run the house on solar by day, bank the surplus in a battery, and draw that battery through the evening and overnight.

That needs a bigger battery than a backup-only setup. It has to carry your whole overnight load plus a cushion for cloudy days, so almost nothing is pulled from the grid. Most homes reach a near-zero bill this way — we size it from your last three bills at the site visit.

Battery to self-supply overnight

₱5,000–9,000monthly bill · 5 kW solar from ₱226,966
10.24 kWhbattery
₱8,000–14,000monthly bill · 8 kW solar from ₱335,794
16 kWhbattery
₱15,000–25,000monthly bill · 12 kW solar from ₱488,211
up to 32 kWhbattery
₱25,000–40,000monthly bill · 16 kW solar from ₱641,200
32 kWhbattery
₱35,000–50,000+monthly bill · 24 kW solar from ₱985,240
32 kWh+ · sized at visitbattery

Bigger than the cards’ backup batteries — those cover essential loads for a few hours; zeroing the bill with no net-metering means storing the whole day’s surplus to run every evening load. Larger bills may need more than one battery bank — the site visit firms up the size.

How payment works

How payment works.

01Reservation + price lock

₱100,000 reservation on contract signing locks today's component prices for your project — no re-quoting if supplier prices move. Applied to your materials total.

02Materials balance

Remaining materials cost paid before your components ship from the supplier. Achiv coordinates the order — you see the landed cost with no markup.

03Installation + commissioning

Professional fee, mobilization, and enclosure paid on commissioning day — after the system is tested, energized, and handover documentation is delivered.

14-day quote validity. Three payments, three milestones — reservation, delivery, handover. A 50/50 split (half on signing, half on completion) is available on request.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked.

Why cheaper prices on social media?

Registered installer with DTI, BIR, Mayor's Permit and non-VAT. Tier-1 hardware only — 25-yr panel performance, factory-traceable serials, signed warranty registrations. Cheap social-media quotes typically skip permits and use unbranded panels that fail year two.

How long from contract to power-on?

Materials 1–7 working days after reservation deposit. Install 3–4 working days for standard systems. Net-metering activation: 2–6 weeks after you file your PEE-signed plans.

Who handles net-metering?

You file with your utility. We supply the PEE-signed single-line, as-built drawings, and Achiv-stamped plans. DOE accelerated approvals through 2026 — most homes clear NMA in weeks.

Can I add panels or a battery later?

Battery wiring is pre-installed — adding a battery later is a half-day plug-and-play. More panels depend on inverter headroom; we keep your as-built drawings on file for fast revisions.

Tell us what you need, in your own words.

Short or long is fine. The more we know up front, the faster we can quote — and the fewer site visits we both need.

What's it about?

We answer in order. By sending you agree we'll reach out by phone or email about your project — nothing else.

Prices current as of May 2026 under our 14-day quote validity; supplier pricing moves with FX. Savings assume active net-metering. Rainy season (~June–October) derates generation 25–35%, so annual blended is typically ~85%. A site visit firms up the number against your roof and bill. Prices headline.
