Solar for businesses that run in daylight

If your business opens in the morning and closes in the evening, it uses most of its power while the sun is up. That is the best case for solar.

Why daytime businesses pay back fastest

Every kWh your panels produce during business hours replaces a kWh you would otherwise buy from the grid at the full rate.

Grid rates have climbed sharply. Even the residential rate in Metro Manila reached ₱15.06 per kWh in October 2026, and Metro Cebu’s reached ₱14.89 in September 2026, up about 29 percent in a year. For a clinic with two or three aircons, a laundry with electric dryers, or a small restaurant, power sits next to rent and payroll as one of the largest costs on the books.

The independent energy think tank Ember estimated in 2026 that commercial rooftop solar in the Philippines pays back in about 2.3 years, faster than residential, because daytime demand matches solar output. Your own figure depends on your load, your roof and your rate. We work it out from your bills before we propose anything.

Who we install for

  • Medical, dental and aesthetic clinics
  • Laundry shops
  • Restaurants, cafés and bakeries
  • Printing and small production shops
  • Small schools, tutorial centres and offices

How we work

We start from your electricity bills, ideally the last twelve months, and a site visit. We look at when you use power, what the roof can carry, and whether you need backup for refrigeration, servers or medical equipment.

Your proposal then itemises every component and every labour cost. Our professional fee is a per-watt rate on the system installed, so you can compare it line by line with any other quotation. There are no surprise charges mid-job. You pay in three milestones:

  1. 01A ₱100,000 reservation when you sign, applied to your materials.
  2. 02The materials balance, paid to the supplier at cost before components ship, with no markup from us.
  3. 03Our professional fee, at commissioning and handover, once the system is running.

For smaller sites, our Max package (10 kW grid-tied, 20 × 620 W panels) starts at ₱450,000, and Max Plus (12 kW hybrid, 24 × 620 W panels, 16 kWh battery) starts at ₱680,000. Larger roofs get a custom design.

Starting prices, all-in. Achiv is non-VAT. Your final quotation is itemised after a site visit.

Built to be inspected

Every install ships with a documentation pack: as-built diagrams, panel string layouts, labelled breakers, warranty registrations and a one-page operating guide. Every DC run is labelled and every lug is torque-checked. When an inspector, a landlord or your own electrician asks how the system is put together, the answer is on paper.

Panels carry 25 years of performance warranty and 12 years of product warranty. Hybrid inverters carry 5 years, and batteries 8 years. Our own workmanship warranty runs 2–3 years, depending on the package. The team that builds the system is the team that signs it.

Already have solar that underperforms?

One in five of our jobs is a system another installer put in. If your business system is producing less than it should, or the original installer cannot be reached, we audit it and bring it up to standard. See how a takeover works.

Send us your bills and a roof photo.

Send us your last few bills and a photo of the roof. We will tell you plainly whether solar makes sense for your business, and at what size.

Frequently asked

Three questions we often get.

We rent our space. Can we still install solar?
Often, with the landlord's written consent. We can provide the drawings and documentation a landlord usually wants to see before approving a rooftop install.
Do we need a battery?
Only if you need power during brownouts, for example for refrigeration, vaccines or servers. A grid-tied system without a battery gives the most bill reduction per peso. A hybrid system costs more but keeps critical loads running.
Can the system grow with the business?
Yes. We design for your current load and note where panels or storage can be added later, so expansion does not mean starting over.
